Italian Pack – Olympus (seal only)

The Italian Pack Olympus SEAL ONLY Tray Packer is the simplest model in the Olympus tray sealing range. This machine heat seals film directly onto trays while leaving the natural atmospheric air inside the pack with the product. For applications requiring extended shelf life through gas flushing or modified atmosphere packaging, alternative MAP models are available.

The Italian Pack Olympus is a semi-automatic tray sealing machine designed to meet a wide range of packaging requirements. Models are available for seal only, partial vacuum, skin pack, gas flush, and MAP applications. The machine features a rotating turntable system that reduces downtime by allowing operators to load and unload trays on one side while the packaging cycle is completed on the opposite side. An optional automatic tray lifter can also be fitted to further increase production speeds.

The same specially configured die/mould can be used for multiple packaging formats including seal only, MAP, and skin packaging applications.

Production capacities:
