The Sheerline burger machine is made to a high standard with a combination of stainless steel and perspex. This forming attachment can be fitted to a wide variety of sausage fillers by using an adapter which uses the sausage fillers locking ring.
The machine is capable of producing up to 1500 burgers per hour with the choice of either 4″ or 5″ diameters. Each configuration is supplied with 2 x forming plates with varying thicknesses:
The 4″ (92mm) is equipped with forming plates for producing 2oz (50g) and 4oz (100g) burgers.
The 5″ (125mm) is equipped with forming plates for producing 4oz (100g) and 6oz (150g) burgers.
The burger meat is pushed out of the sausage filling machine in place of the usual filling nozzles into the burger attachment. The burger meat passes into the chamber that forms the burgers diameter and shape. The manual lever is moved ontop of the burger machine which in turn moves the disks round and pushes the burger out of the bottom of the machine.
