1. Application
Machine designed for grinding both: frozen and fresh meat down to -18 C for demanded granulation level of meat by choosing the appropriate set of knives and sieves. Machine is adjusted to work with full frozen blocks of meat 60x40x20m. Angle construction based on 2 worms: feeding worm and cutting worm.
2. Advantages
Angle construction for worms. Heavy duty stainless steel construction easy to run and operate. Easy way of feeding and grinding augers prevent from excess heating of meat. Grinded meat does not have “pressed meat” appearance. A combination of grinding tools performed by the world’s leading manufacturers. Shape and fine polish of the feeding chute prevents from sticking of product onto its surface.

 The feeding worm is completely removable from the hopper by the special tool
