The introduction of a controlled food-grade gas mixture into the tray extends product shelf life and helps maintain optimal atmospheric conditions for product quality, freshness and appearance throughout its life cycle.

MAP packaging provides a secure, tamper-evident solution that helps reduce spoilage, waste and product returns compared to traditional packaging methods.

Advanced gas combinations help preserve the product’s natural colour, taste and freshness without alteration.

Extended shelf life supports more efficient distribution by reducing delivery frequency, while also improving stock management and helping to maximise turnover during promotional periods and peak demand.

Vacuum & Gas MAP is a packaging process that begins by removing air from the tray using vacuum technology. A controlled gas mixture is then introduced at specific pressures before the tray is sealed, locking the modified atmosphere inside with the product.

The Italian Pack Oceania is a semi-automatic tray sealing machine designed to meet modern packaging industry requirements. High-quality materials and attention to detail ensure consistent performance and reliable sealing accuracy.

The machine features a compact footprint, integrated trolley system on castor wheels, and a high-capacity Busch vacuum pump. Its low operating costs and competitive design make it suitable for high-efficiency production environments.
