Tim started life as a butcher running a Dewhurst shop back in the 80’s having started out prior to that as a Saturday boy. Totally fed up with plucking turkeys every Christmas, he then moved in to wholesaling meat, and after this joined GEC Avery Berkel in a sales role. It’s there that he got a passion for sales and smashed every company target he was set! Detesting company politics, he decided to set up his company and that’s how Windsor Food Machinery Ltd was born in 1994. Tim loves the meat trade is very proud of how the company has evolved and of being a liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Butchers.
