Having joined in May 2011 in an Admin capacity, Rachael has worked incredibly hard and was the natural choice to be promoted to run the office and head up the Admin team. She has meticulous attention to detail and multi tasks phenomenally well. Rachael’s knowledge of our business and systems is encyclopaedic. She will always help customers with their queries even if she needs to seek assistance from other departments. Rachael is very family orientated and in her spare time fund raises for the Kenward Trust in memory of her youngest son.
