Optional Cooling:

With optional liquid Nx injection for cooling purposes the cutter is suitable for extend shelf shelf-life and meet the technological aspect for forming of products. Cooling provides the correct viscosity and product crystallization for forming, thus maintaining the product shape during further processing. Cooling also reduces bacterial growth and extends the shelf life of the mixture
