The MAJA EVM range is designed for open-top membrane skinning of any type of fresh meat cuts. It’s available in two cutting widths to offer the ideal skinning solution both for small and medium-sized processors and for industrial processors.

| EVM-OPS | All EVM models can be supplied in OPS version for increased operator safety. The operator protection system is unique on the market. It considerably reduces the risk of heavy injuries on the operator’s fingers and hands during the work with open-top MAJA derinding and membrane skinning machines. It offers additional protection over and above the safety regulations EN 12355. |
Two types of operator platforms:
- For adapting the machine to the height of the deboning line
- For adapting the working height to the operator’s body height so that each operator can find his personal ergonomic working position (three height positions available)
