Meet the new-generation Mainca Sentinel—engineered for safety, uptime and cleanability. The patented MAINCA Vision system delivers dual detection with a single, untethered glove: an upper camera recognises glove colour while a lower table sensor detects fingers hidden beneath product, enabled by the exclusive Sentinel detectable glove. A sealed, ultra-fast pneumatic brake inside the machine stops the blade in milliseconds and allows immediate restart. With simple hygiene routines and very low maintenance (proven 3,000+ stops without part replacement), Sentinel keeps production moving.

The standard model includes only one detection system, the upper camera.
In order to get the complete MAINCA Vision system with DUAL DETECTION, you need to add the optional glove sensor.
