Paddle mixers – two-shaft MLG series, are designed for mixing and standardisation of stuffing with simultaneous thermal treatment, especially effective in vacuum variant.

Through a double oil or steam heating jacket, made with PILLOW PLATES technology and optional direct steam injection, you can effectively cook and fry products in the mixer in meat, poultry, sausage, delicatessen, fish, vegetable and fruit plants, and convenience food production plants, baby food and pet food products.

The mixer has an appropriate construction of the bowl and paddles, placed at the right angle on two mixing shafts with the additional function of flexibly mounted scrapers.

The mixers are characterised by high durability and efficiency without excessive service and operating costs.

All sizes of mixers have been designed as highly industrial devices.

PLC control enables motor load control, clear operation, current regulation, programming, archiving and saving of program parameters on the touch screen.
