Drying cabinets are becoming increasingly popular; also known as dehydrators – air enters through the top vent and is directed to the right wall of the machine before being heated by the elements running along the chamber walls, the air is then circulated around the chamber by the rear wall fans before exiting the left-hand side of the machine. This results in even air distribution whilst maximising drying speed which in turn gives a consistent result.
