The Nowicki MP300 tray washer is built from high quality stainless steel with rating of AISI 304 and according to CE directives. The Nowicki crate washer is capable of cleaning up-to 300 trays per hour, with the washing section and rinsing section of the machine separated by plastic curtains to stop cross contamination. The option to add a Nowicki Blow off unit, to help speed up the drying of the crates or trays can be added for an additional cost.
The Nowick MP300 tray washer has an electrical connection on the right of the machine with the water connection on the left. The electrics box of the crate washer is situated inside the machine with easy access should it be required. The Nowicki crate washer has a double acting floating contact for water level, and emergency stop buttons on control panel, infeed and back side of the machine for quick action.
The Nowicki crate washer comes on adjustable feet to allow placement on uneven floors and the recyclable water circulation is filtered through the efficient filtration system keeping water usage to a minimum. The detergent is fed into the system by way of SAIER auto dosing pump which is controlled via the touch screen control panel. A set of high pressure nozzles with adjustable spray angles are positioned ideally to cover the most efficient way, with ability to adjust for different types of tray and crate. Water is heated by means of electrical elements, but the option to do this by heat exchanger or steam is also available.
The Nowicki MP300 crate washer has easy access to the washing and rinsing sections with outward opening doors, hinged at the top. The doors are fitted with sensors and turn off the machine if opened whilst the tray washer’s pump is working. The crate washer has adjustable guides to allow for different sized trays or crates with the widths adjustable between 230-460mm and height adjustable between 40-400mm. The crates or trays are pulled through the tray washer by use of stainless steel 8mm thick chain drive.

The Nowicki tray washer is control by using a colour touch screen which is IP66 rated and comes with water protection cover. This touch screen control panel helps the operator easily control the following:
