We recently purchased a brand new REX vacuum filing machine from Windsor Machinery. We are extremely pleased with the machine. Our staff have commented on the fact that it is easy to operate and is easily dismantled for cleaning purposes. The machine operates a lot quicker and is more accurate than our previous vacuum machine. We have managed to cut the production of a full tote bin by some 20 minutes. What was so impressive is the fact that from the initial conversation with Glen Kirton, it took just three days for the machine to arrive and be fully operational at our site. We were pretty desperate at the time of ordering, therefore this fast and efficient delivery and set-up was welcomed news. The installation and demonstration was expertly handled by Martin, whom refused to leave our factory until the machine was up and running and all of our staff were fully conversant on how to operate it. All in all, we were given a ‘Five Star Service’ and we would happily recommend them to other companies without a second thought.
