Reich Airmaster UK Series

Designed for varied applications of thermal treatment for foods. Perfected over decades of experience in building thermal process units. Offering a perfect combination or power, efficiency & reliability. Suitable for industrial use. Modular construction ensures that air flow is maintained throughout when adding additional chambers. Sizes range from 1 to 14 trolleys with single or double-row entrance.

The units of the AIRMASTER® UK series are totally multifunctional and therefore suitable for various applications. They are characterised by the highest performance and uncompromising quality – 100 % Made in Germany. The systems can be fitted either with electric heating, steam heating, gas or oil-burner heating.

Airmaster UKQ Airjet Series

The Reich AIRMASTER® UKQ AIRJET is the world’s best performing cross-flow universal unit. Reich’s UKQ horizontal design is the pinnacle of thermal process treatment allowing customers to process higher volumes in shorter time periods with the highest possible homogeneity. It has been developed specifically for lying products and allows them to be stacked closer together. These machines are completely multifunctional. Production capacities far above the normal levels as high as 120% can be achieved with its extremely high power, strength & overall performance. These universal chambers can be equipped with Reich’s natural, friction, steam or liquid smoke generators. Intensive chilling options available to bring product down to required temperature prior to further processing.

Airmaster BKQ Airjet Series

The AIRMASTER® BKQ AIRJET is a high-performance universal oven for cooking, steaming, baking and roasting at process temperatures up to 300°C. It works with the unique REICH cross-flow circulating air principle, which guarantees maximum performance and short processing times with optimum product quality. It has been designed specifically for products that are placed in catering dishes or on grills. Production capacities far above the normal levels can be achieved with its extremely high power reserves. The new AIRMASTER® BKQ AIRJET represents the consistent further development of the proven AIRMASTER® UKQ AIRJET, which set new standards in the area of thermal treatment of lying products at high temperatures.
