Tenderstar TSHY Tenderiser

The new tenderiser TSHY semi-automatic tenderiser is a new compact design, easy to clean and takes the labour out of using a manual machine.

The TSHY is very well built from stainless steel and polyacetal, it is simple to operate and produces superb tenderising results.

The tenderising head has been uniquely positioned at an angle preventing the needles piercing the same hole twice and therefore avoiding any chance of hole elongation. This results in virtually no viable signs of the meat being tenderised and yet improves tenderness by up to 20%.
