Lakidis FR100 Frozen Block Flaker

Lakidis’ FR100 is a semi automatic machine using a specially designed stainless steel rotor for cutting whole frozen blocks of meat down to -18°C into flakes. Up to 1,500kg/h. 2 different cutting speeds.

A steady and robust machine entirely made of stainless steel, the FR100 model is electronically controlled and equipped with all the safety devices corresponding to the European Union’s safety regulations.
