Servicing
The key to machines being as productive for as long as they can be is good maintenance. Our experienced service team can inspect and look after machines to ensure they stay in good condition for as long as possible.
We can also provide training to in-house maintenance staff, so that they have the knowledge to inspect and take care of machines on a daily basis, knowing we are always available should they need extra insight or support.
Repair
In the event of a machine breakdown, our experienced team is often able to diagnose a problem remotely in order to prepare for a repair visit. Having identified the issue, we are often able to supply or install parts from the wide selection we have in stock. If not, we always know where to go to order specialist parts from our trusted network.
If a machine is in need of physical examination or assistance to work out the reason for a breakdown, our engineers will visit with all the tools and possible required parts in order to get the machine back up and running again as soon as possible, minimising any impact to your business operations.
Site Surveys
Windsor Food Machinery can provide tailored service plans for machinery designed for large scale food production in factories and processing facilities. For sites with numerous and/or different types of manufacturing machinery, we carry out annual site surveys that inspect, assess and make practical recommendations to prevent deterioration and the disruption caused from breakdowns.
From minor maintenance and servicing, to major repairs and possible replacements, our survey reports identify and prioritise any work needed and recommend solutions that can be fully costed on a case-by-case basis.
