Flaking is not always the right solutions for certain applications. This is where the Lakidis GN400 guillotine is perfect for products that need to be chunks before being further processed in a grinder / bowl cutter. The GN400 consists of 3 knife cutting heads which are hydraulically driven to provide a clean cut with minimal residue of meat. Pneumatic loading platform for ease of use. Chunks are discharged into 200L tote bins. Constructed entirely in stainless steel meeting all required safety regulations.
