The Robot Coupe R45 vertical cutter mixer (VCM) is designed for the processing of meat and veg as well as grinding and kneading food stuffs in a minimum time. The powerful R45 vertical cutter mixer motor runs off 3ph electric supply and has an output of 10000W.
The machine features a control panel with flush buttons and timer from 0-15 minutes. The removable and tilt-able bowl has a capacity of 45 litres. The three legs of the vertical mixer cutter has retractable wheels to allow quick and easy cleaning around the machine at the end of the day.
