Mike Bass joined Windsor Food Machinery in September 2006 and has worked his way through the various departments and therefore he understands from the ground up, the facets of Windsor Food Machinery’s business. From an engineer he moved across to sales when the company took over Henkelman UK Ltd in 2013. Mike is now responsible for the ongoing development of Henkelman sales. He is passionate about work as well as his love of football and golf.

Alex started life as a butcher, before joining Windsor Food Machinery when it was first established over 21 years ago. Alex’s butchery knowledge has proved to be invaluable and his relationship with our customers and his knowledge of their products and processes is a great advantage. Karen’s original working life started as a PA before branching out in to PR/journalism. With a desire to have a job with a company car though, she decided to try her luck at sales and was Dairy Crest’s first trainee sales person. She remained in the cheese industry heading up a national sales team in the UK for an international cheese manufacturer, leaving to have her first child. After this, she joined Tim in the business and is now responsible for the company’s marketing and finance.

Tim started life as a butcher running a Dewhurst shop having joined as a Saturday boy. Having got fed up plucking turkeys every Christmas he then moved in to wholesaling meat. Then he joined GEC Avery Berkel and it’s there that he got a taste and passion for sales. Detesting company politics, he decided to set up his own company and in 1994 Windsor Food Machinery was born. Tim loves the meat trade and is proud to be liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Butchers.
