The REX RVF330S vacuum filler is the next step up from the RVF327 vacuum fillers. With increased hopper capacity and increased throughput. The RVF330s vacuum filler comes with the servo twisting motor, this gives you control of the acceleration and deceleration of the twist nozzle and provides the most gentle processing with natural sausage casings. This also allows for a more consistent production when using the vacuum filler with minimum downtime due to skin burst.

As with the RVF327 and RVF327S vacuum fillers, it is built to REX’s normal high quality with 5mm stainless steel used. The RVF330S vacuum filler is easily programmable using its user friendly touch screen control panel and features a fold away hopper for loading without the use of steps. The RVF330S vacuum filler has a holding device which allows for perfect results when filling natural or artificial casings and can be removed quickly if you just want to straight fill or portion only. As standard with the vacuum filler you get 2 sets of twisting nozzle and 3 of straight fill, each can be changed for sizes that suit your requirements.

The RVF 3-series vacuum fillers from REX come with servo drive systems for the meat pump and linker gear.
