butcheryGear-driven gravity automatic slicer, with two powerful fan-cooled motor, the first one is for proper blade rotation and the second is for carriage movement.
The machine is in anodized aluminium alloy and stainless steel, with tempered chromium steel blade.
Large product holder suitable for big-sized and heavy products and; thanks to the possibility of changing the carriage stroke according to product size and the various optional accessories available, it is suitable for different food stuff cut.
