Due to our increasing burger production, I needed to upgrade my existing Formatic R2200-360 burger machine. After calling WFM, Glen talked me through the options and explained the output of the Formatic R2200-180 machine, which I decided to upgrade to. The machine arrived just 2 days later and Glen personally drove the machine down to Cornwall on a Saturday so that I could start using the machine as soon possible. I’m pleased with both the quality of the machine and the service provided by Windsor Food Machinery, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of butchery machinery.
