Bear Planetary Mixers
Bear is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of planetary mixers. Established in Copenhagen in 1915, the company is renowned for high quality, great versatility, durability and hygienically easy to use and clean machines. The mixers are completely safety guarded and come with a stainless steel hook, whisk and aluminium beater. They can also be supplied with attachment drives to power vegetable cutters and meat mincers. Another additional attachment is the scraper arm which scrapes the wall of the bowl eliminating stoppage time when replaced with manual scraping. The Bear planetary mixers come with variable drive speeds so that they do not have to be stopped to change gear or speed, thus maintaining a fluid motion. Powers lifts and bowl trucks are also available.
